Our Recruitment Process
When it comes to recruitment we like to keep things simple. Typically, you will go through one of the two
recruitment
processes listed below, though they may vary slightly based on the specific role you have applied for.

Search for a job through our search engine or by chatting to CareerMate, our Recruiting Assistant.
Once you’ve found a job that suits you, hit ‘apply’ to submit your application through CareerMate.
If you meet our selection criteria, you will be sent an email from our system to complete a video interview.
If you are shortlisted after your video interview, we will set up a time with you to discuss the position and your suitability to the role via a phone call.
After your phone interview, we will share your details with the hiring manager. If they choose to progress you to an interview, you will receive an SMS from CareerMate to set up a face-to-face or virtual interview with them.
If you are the preferred candidate for the role – congratulations! You will be sent a link from our background check provider to complete pre-employment checks.
Subject to the outcome of your pre-employment checks, we will send you a formal offer of employment for the role and you’ll be asked to complete onboarding activities.
