Workplace Giving

Yes4Good

Through Workplace Giving, Optus employees can donate to charities of their choice, Yes4Good is our workplace giving program and makes it easy for employees to support causes they care about through pre-tax donations, volunteering, and fundraising. With access to our dedicated platform, Optus employees can give their time or money to charities of their choice and make a meaningful difference where it matters most. In FY25 alone, our employees donated over $257,000 to 294 charities, including Save the Children and World Vision.

Supporting Communities, One Action at a Time

Every Optus employee gets up to five days of paid volunteer leave to support causes they care about. Whether mentoring, planting trees, or packing hampers, our people are empowered to give back where it counts and make a lasting impact.

Donate Your Data

Bridging the Digital Divide

Since 2019, our Donate Your Data™ program has provided over 70million GB of data, helping disadvantaged youth, families, and vulnerable Australians stay connected. Partnering with charities like The Smith Family, KARI Foundation and Good360 Australia we provide free calls, texts, and data to those who need it most.
