Associate Director Network Access

As the Associate Director, Network Access, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering market-leading connectivity solutions across a range of network technologies including Optus fibre and fixed wireless networks, NBN and other third-party access networks. What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of: 

• Define and lead delivery of Optus Enterprise & Business Products fixed network access strategy, roadmap, requirements and operations – developing and delivering key initiatives across Optus fibre and fixed wireless networks, NBN, Telstra Wholesale and third-party access networks
• Collaborate closely with network access partners and internally with Optus Regulatory, Delivery, Networks, IT, Finance and Consumer teams to drive cross-functional alignment and successful execution of strategic priorities and operations for fixed network access products 
• Lead initiatives focused on improving product economics and commercial outcomes through network access optimisation, strategic cost management and invoice validation 
• Identify emerging opportunities, market trends, and industry developments to inform future network access strategy and maintain a competitive advantage 

What You Bring | What makes you perfect for the role? 

• Proven experience in fixed network access technologies, product strategy, delivery, lifecycle management and operations. 

• Strong executive presence with excellent collaborator management and communication skills. 

• Demonstrated leadership capability to build and drive a high-performing product team. 

• Ability to successfully implement strategies and manage commercial performance and P&L.
