What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of:
- Define and lead delivery of Optus Enterprise & Business Products fixed network access strategy, roadmap, requirements and operations – developing and delivering key initiatives across Optus fibre and fixed wireless networks, NBN, Telstra Wholesale and third-party access networks
- Collaborate closely with network access partners and internally with Optus Regulatory, Delivery, Networks, IT, Finance and Consumer teams to drive cross-functional alignment and successful execution of strategic priorities and operations for fixed network access products
- Lead initiatives focused on improving product economics and commercial outcomes through network access optimisation, strategic cost management and invoice validation
- Identify emerging opportunities, market trends, and industry developments to inform future network access strategy and maintain a competitive advantage

- Proven experience in fixed network access technologies, product strategy, delivery, lifecycle management and operations.
- Strong executive presence with excellent collaborator management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capability to build and drive a high-performing product team.
- Ability to successfully implement strategies and manage commercial performance and P&L.
